Abraxas approaches Skellrar confidently, rain soaking his pelt. He held his head high. "No wolves out tonight," Abraxas says quickly before Skellrar can say anything. He was staring at the ground. Abraxas was very fond of lying, so Skellrar wouldn't be able to tell this time . . . right?


Alkina sniffs the ground lightly. A faint scent of wolf trickles up her nostrils. Even though the wolf she had encountered wasn't a skeleton, she knew he was a soul eater. Which kind of sucks, since he seemed like a decent wolf. Alkina spots a cave near by, but sees wolves have already occupied it. She would continue her search throughout the night.

suddenly Faolan stood up when he heard the loud boom of the thunder ''what was that?'' he asked, he wasn't very scared but curious ''i hear a lot of things and wolves, what is that?''

Alkina's backstory:
As a pup, Alkina was mostly neglected by her father, Mudabbir, since her mother died while giving birth to Alkina and her littermates. Alkina's mother's litter included only three pups, Alkina and her two brothers, Anwar and Kalb. During a harsh winter, Alkina lost her brother Kalb to the frost. As they got older, Mudabbir left them to fend on their own. Anwar surrendered to Skellrar's reign and joined his side. Alkina mourned for her mother, father, and two brothers. But most of all, for the life she could have never lived.

Alkina, giving up on searching, returns to the cave she had spotted before. She peeks her head in. "Hello?" her soft, silky voice echoes a bit.

Skellrar turned his head to look behind him down at Abraxas. "The village always has wolves." He answered, standing and fully facing him. He watched him steadily, slowly, pawstep after pawstep approached him down from the rocky hill he was watching the valley from. He made sure that wih each pawstep, that he would expect the worse.

Soul yawned and looked around, alone again. He flicked an ear listened around him.
