He smiled. "Me neither. Do you want to head out to get something to eat? I know this pretty good Xingese place nearby." he offered.

"Sure, why not," Lilly said with a soft grin. She walked next to him, "Lead the way," She said and waited for him to lead the way.

Sam:
He smiled and offered her his arm waiting for her to take it. When she did he led her down the street to a family owned restaurant. Leading her inside he waited to be seated.

Lilly shifted uncomfortably, She flicked her ears back pressing them down slightly as she felt the cold stars of the other people. She rapped her tail around the front from her right leg showing she was not comfortable. Lilly would rarely eat out because of how people stared at her. She was not normal, and she never would be. Lilly still came with because he offered, She would not turn it down.

Sam:
He saw the glares from the other people and stood up taller. He put on a mask of power that all the higher ups of the military have. He returned the glare with just as much hostility causing the people to shrink into their seats. He nodded in appoval as the person showed them to their seats. It was a booth in the corner with a menu holder in the middle. "Would you like to order your drinks?" he asked in a xingese accent. Sam nodded. "I'll have sweet tea." he said. Then the waiter turned to lily. "You ma'am?'

Lilly gave a small nod of thanks, "I will just have some water," She said her tone polite despite the hostility from the people only moments ago. Lilly was a rather forgiving and understood why the people were so hostile, She was different, and because she committed the tabo.

Sam:
The man nodded and went to retreive their drinks. Sam was slightly angry from the treatment of his comrade. "How often does that happen?" he asked hiding the worry in his voice.

"Thanks," Lilly said and took a sip of water, "Huh? how often dose this happen, well every time I leave my house actually," Lilly said after she had set down the water. She gave a small shrug, "But I guess I am the only one to blame," Lilly said her tone cheerfur, yet careful to choose her words.

He eyed her worridly. "And it doesn't bother you?" he asked.

Lilly shrugged, "of course it dose, I have just grown used to it," Lilly said then added under her breath, "Most of the time."
