To save you from inappropriate images I have a picture

Design- I would like her to be wearing a right "leather" full body outfit like Quinn does, with the black/red checkered and the opposite color diamonds on the hip. I would like for her to have the Quinn mask covering her eyes and her hat with the white balls on the tips. Could her orbs alternate between black and red?
Animation- I would like for her eyes to be closed and she is laughing, but it looks smooth and not awkward. And I would like for cards (a deck of cards) be around her feet and a couple swirling in the air then landing, like wind pulling them slightly up then down again.
