I joined in 2013, but yeah I think rares just, aren't the main part of the game, and some people just need to understand that...

And as for Julian2, ah, I remember when I watched his videos, but his channel disappeared...

I kind of miss watching his videos. He wasn't an amazing person, but he did understand that AJ is not all about rares and he played because he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and making videos. One thing I didn't really like was that he complained about almost every update. Yes, they're trying to make money, but Julian didn't appreciate that they're also just trying to please us. Anyway, I have no idea why he told Twinkle and Lilac his YouTube password. Twinkle made him sound like he said really nasty stuff behind the scenes. Maybe he was like that to them when nobody was watching, but if he had been doing that for a while, they should have just cut off their friendship and left it at that.
What happened when Julian quit, though, was that it messed up who's "famous". All the other "famous" people were sort of competing with Julian to try and have the most popular channel - although they knew they wouldn't win. Apart from a few longstanding AJ celebrities like WootMoo and Snowyclaw, most of the jammers who are "famous" these days are just rare and make videos about nothing.
