Felicity grew up in southern California as a stereotypical west-coast girl. She would always hang around beach bonfires and had had over six boyfriends by the time she was sixteen. She was the pretty, popular girl in school, and she mostly got everything she wanted. Her parents were both lawyers, so she had everything kind of spelled out for her from the moment she started school. She was to follow in their path, and not complain. The one odd thing out about this seemingly perfect life was the fact that Felix loved to write. She would stay up late and get up early to just write, and writing anything was enough. Because of her interest in writing, Felix also read a lot. This helped her grades in school, and in addition to being well-liked in classes, she was also quite intelligent. Another strange thing about the high school Felix was her best friend. Chloe North wasn't exactly the type of friend you'd expect to find at the side of Felicity Beringer, but the two were bonded by their shared love of literature. When Felicity graduated, she got a full ride to Stanford because of her excellent skill in writing and even just language arts. She was never sure what her calling was until her sophomore year of college, when she started working for the school newsletter. It was then that she realized that there was no other profession for her besides journalism. But Felix didn't stop there. She wanted her own news company, she wanted to be as big as any of them. However, she has not yet had her breakthrough, and currently works as a field writer for the Santa Barbara News Press.
