Description of Design: Her design is sort of dream catcher like with a trial twinge to it. With a wing like design cascading down her shoulders. Examples because im not a good speaker with describing things in my head. They are all to google pages/a post on google images because the school wifi is blocking the pages: 1 2 3 4 - along the eyes the tribal designs could either be the light or the darker brown whichever looks better and the base vise versa

Mane Colour: mm same color as the tail fluff but with streaks of #5FB8B4
Eye Colour: dark blue ie. would it be considered a mutation to have eyes like this? if yes, could i have this one instead of the feathers?
Anything else we should know (Optional): she is blind (hence the eyes) and looks as if she has stars in her eyes
