Unfair to the top. All things considered, rarity wise; the two '09 dogs are a straight swap, though the White Feb on the bottom has slight demand, so it could go for more and from demand alone, it could be classed as a fair trade, though this is up to you and your partner. ^^

I'd say not fair to the sitting cat, there's a really big age gap between the pets plus the sitting cat line art is pretty popular.
