Rarity wise the bottom one is fair, but I do have to say zebras have a teensy bit more demand.

bunnies have lower demand than dogs. Which is very true about trading these days
When giving advice it's helpful to think about the demand which also requires some opinion ^^

the bun trade would be better. Dogs have higher demand but that dog doesn't specifically have high demand and won't make up for the year gap
As for the item trade it seems a bit unfair to you
