TheWinchesters, SNCastiel is right. You can gift anybody you'd like. I personally like to go finding people who just joined in the last year or so to gift. It's easier to find wishlist pets for them, and they get more excited for older pets, I've noticed. ^^

Nightshadow, there's no reason to bump the thread. Though, if you want to bump it then you can always gift somebody and tell us about it. (;
