alright, so I've been getting many PMs asking if people can keep the art/designs from this contest if they didn't place so I'm just address it here so everyone can see:

as fireflii pointed out, it does say in the rules that I intended to keep all entries on the premise that you would all be receiving compensation for your work in some way (by main prizes, honorable mention, or entry prizes). I assumed everyone who entered had read the rules and were okay with that, but I guess not. so here's what I'm going to do:

if you made DESIGNS, you may keep them and not receive any entry prize. just let me know here and I'll cross your name off. I will still be sending everyone their entry prizes since I can't wait for everyone's response, so if you want to keep your designs, do not accept the trade. if you do, I'll assume you want me to keep them. if I really liked your design, I may ask to buy them from you, but I'll discuss negotiations on a case-by-case basis.

if you made ART of my characters, I'd like to keep them. I'm sorry if that upsets you, but you will be receiving your entry prizes, so hopefully that will make up for it.

if you made ART AND DESIGNS and want to keep your designs, let me know, and I will just give you pets for the art portion.

ALSO, I'm going to remind everyone that your entry prizes will be awarded based on the quality of your artwork, so it is very likely that most of you will be receiving rares/very rares. at the very least, you will be receiving wishlist pets. I'm getting the impression that people think I'm just going to send them a bunch of very commons and commons, and that is not the case; I'm an artist myself, so I know how much work people put into their art and will award them as such. sorry for sounding curt with you all, but I'm honestly a bit upset right now.

ah sorry i'd read the rules when I first entered but it was months ago so I'd forgotten.
i'm fine with you keeping the art if i get any kind of compensation, even just recent wishlist pets! ^^

Even though I made one design, I would like for you to keep it <3 This art competition was so much fun and I really appreciate it ^.^
I got to practice arting and see so many different, amazing designs!
