Aric's lips curved slightly and a dimple surfaced as he glanced down, "Hey," he murmured softly into the phone, "Come to the park," He said, clearly awkward with speaking on phones, so he was at a clear loss for words on what else to say...
Biting his lower lip and fretting it with his teeth, he cleared his throat.

Star: her heart jumped in her chest and smiled to herself. "Yea sure I'll be right there." She said getting up as she rummaged around her room for her dogs leash. "Whee is it?" She muttered to herself with the phone still pressed to her ear. She found it and then clipped it to her dogs collar before opening the door. The park was right down the block it wouldn't take long to walk there. "Where are you?" She asked Aric over the phone as she got to the park and looked around.

[:Joey:]

"Look for the huge dogs and the tattooed guy," He mused in the phone, chuckling as he caught sight of her.

Star: "well that wouldn't be hard if there weren't so many people." She told him. She turned around Ina circle still not seeing him. She let maya off her leash but being a timid shepherd she stayed by Star. "Go play." Star whispered patting her back. "Wanna wave your hand for me?" She asked into her phone.

(Yea aha)

Aric raised his arm into the air and stood up, grinning. Hanging up his phone and stuffing it into his pocket, he began walking towards her, a bit shy. Clad in a black low V-neck and a pair of jeans that hung low on his hips, he cleared his throat, suddenly feeling naked.

Jay, being the joker he is, mimics an accent he had heard before. "Ohmuhgad, really?" It was all in good fun though.

Star: she smiled as she saw him and started to walk towards him. Maya stayed pressed against her. She looked at him before looking at the ground. "Hey!" She said before glancing up again. She was wearing a pair of leggings and a light sweater. She has met his dogs before but Aric has never seen Maya. "This is maya, she's a bit shy. For some reason she is not liking anyone today." She said quite miffed that her shepherd is being a scary cat.

Mia: she laughed as she heard his accent. "Well aren't you gonna tell me your name?"

Jay, sounding serious, asks, "Are you sure we should be moving that quickly? I mean, you just saw me fall for you a minute ago... I think."

Mia: "well all the more reason to tell me your name then, so I know who I'm laughing at for falling." She smirked at him she ment it all jokingly.

Aric smiled, "Well, she's cute, but you are cuter," He admitted and pulled her to him, hugging her around the waist, a surprising thing for him to do, since he was shy.
