how do you feel about someone taking more and more commissions and finishing those first, even though you paid a while ago for your commission and still haven't got word about it?
I am with Lark here. I would give it another week or so then contact them. Hey I have waited longer for things too. I am currently waiting on two design commissions from different people for a good while now.

Guys I'm really confident to try out for any big popular species like plumies or anything even though I want one so bad. Does anyone have any tips? (I also find the contests very biased with who can spend the most time and money on their form when others don't have those resources is this only me that thinks this?

I totally agree Uchuujin, even if putting a lot into your form is hard. Doing it proves how much you want the character. I've had times when I work for hours on a form and loose to someone who doesn't even have a quarter of What I did.
When that happens I get so enraged and depressed. I believe that not putting effort into your forms because you don't have enough time is unfair for the people who also don't have the time yet do it anyway. I spend hours and hours on my form. Working on it and neglecting other duties that I have.
