Sweet! The only merchandise i have of the lotr or the hobbit is a poster. But, it's not like I'm always scavenging the internet for anything worth my money

the only thing i have thats official is replica of the one ring made by the exact company that made the armor weapons and jewelry for trilogy and the hobbit.

That's pretty cool though!

All this talk about lord of the rings merchandise is kind of making me want to do lord of the rings rp combined with skyrim XD.

the sword isn't sharp enough to cut anyone O.o most of the replicas swords are dulled down because no one excepts people to use them. but you could just as easily sharpen them though it's not advisable. i mean they still look nice and all but they don't have sharp edges.

when you are looking for swords to buy, whether replicas or other wize, you have to make sure you know what you want. If you simply want a costume or display sword, stainless steal is cheaper, however, if you want to use the sword, as in hack or slice things, get carbon steal. they are much more expensive, but if you try to hit something with a stainless steal, the blade could shatter and seriously injure you. I learned that from a armor smith at the renaissance festival. I personaly want a carbon steel rapier and a lotr elven blade

O.o well i think i've just finally gotten the inspirationt o start on my lord of the rings edition of the librarians rp. bout time i did it too cause i've been thinking about it but now i'm stuck on how many canon elves i should include in rp cause elves are just amazing XD.

I have, like I said, an Evenstar necklace, a map of middle earth scarf, a couple of shirts, and a poster, + a few other small things. My friend also made me this cool present; it's a piece of wood with the tree of Gondor burned into it and its absolutely beautiful.
I really want to get the one ring, Aragorn's ring, and Galadriel's ring... and my dad and I started making Anduril, but got distracted and haven't finished it yet.
