Someone is convinced Juniper is a husky mix. Her head, markings, legs, tail, and ruff at the neck mean she's a husky mix.

✗ sadly as premature pups and this being her first litter 10 was a lot of puppies and six didn't make it through the night its very saddening but we have to do our best to keep these four growing big and strong... they weren't due for a week; and Tessa didn't give them too much attention since if mothers are aware they do not have enough milk or if the puppies seem too weak they will leave them in many occasions which is what she did here; as a first time mother she didn't know what to do with them all but now she is taking very good care of her 4 little premature's; I will be sleeping with them tonight too, to make sure nothing goes wrong...

You lost six puppies overnight because they were early? I'm sorry, but why was the mother not taken to the vet? Why didn't you have the vet teach you how to bottle feed them? I just don't understand.

And are you taking the rest of the pups to the vet?

I'd take mom and pups to the vet, I would have taken them last night when it became apparent they weren't thriving.

✗ I really pushed to have them taken but we have gotten trough 10 other litters of this size and a few have been premature as well; my father saw no need in taking them as the road conditions were terrible and many roads were closed due to accidents there was no way for us to get there; we will be taking them as soon as roads open up or we can get a vet to call on us. as of now the pups will be much better off here, rather than to die in an accident trying to get to the vet, and risk our lives in the process.

Please guys if you want to hate you may send me a PM I'm very pain stricken because of this accident! Many factors put together from the premature birth, to her first litter, to the road conditions... please try to respect that as a fellow dog lover!

I'm sorry, but it is because of the fact that I am a fellow dog owner that I'm going to ask about this. You have had over 100 puppies and you couldn't tell that the mother was not caring for her puppies?

And you said that your dogs are not health tested or anything before? Why are you breeding more pet quality dogs when there are plenty in shelters?
