but it adds a bit of drama and would be logical
Natural born hybrids are stronger right? all of them are technically 'mature' get a messed up enough higher up and boom

Yeah it would be logical. But I mean they can't force humans to breed because we can resist the urge to reproduce while animals don't, so that's why you can breed animals but not really humans
