Oh man. Stratocasters are soooo much fun to mess around with. I've been tweaking the volume and distortion for at least an hour and a half or so after I restrung it, and I found out how to make weird noises with it.

I could be the next Tom Morello... jk

I showed my mum some stuff, and she had a go but she grew her nails out too long to play it properly (not like those world record people, it's controlled). I played All For Nothing for her xD Distortion makes it sound so much better than on my acoustic guitar.

...awesome...

I couldn't help noticing your signature features Rebellion as one of your favorite songs, and I couldn't help but mention that that particular Linkin Park song has it struck quite a fondness in myself with System of a Down being an attribute to the song. I love Linkin Park, and System of a Down, and I will admit to being skeptical about the feature, considering their less than mutual qualities, but then I heard the song, and I will admit while their collaborative quality is to some extent contradictory, it however is, in all respect, a recipe for genius!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that both bands learned stuff from each other. I think Daron had just wanted to jam with Linkin Park but they never really did that, and Mike attempted to make up a drum part with a keyboard (which he apparently does quite a lot) and Daron said it took ages for System Of A Down to come up with drum parts by using the actual drums, and that Mike made it look so easy xD I can't remember where it was, but I think this is pretty close to what it said. I think it also said that Daron came up with the guitar part in the song c: I'm not entirely sure if this is accurate, but I think it's mostly what was there.

That makes sense. You'd think that with all the obsessive reading I do on my bands, I never knew that. They just sound so different, I find it hard to believe that they were affiliated in any other way besides a collaborative effort. Just goes to show what you miss when you try to read these things at three in the morning.

Okay, this is going to be hard, considering I can no longer see what I'm doing, but I managed to find my way back here thanks to a guide. I also have some audio computer guied for the blind, but it doesn't always work the way it's upposed to. But I can't tell what I'm typing correctly and what I'm not, so please take it easy on me. I took a typing class in sixth grace, and I know a ketboard pretty well, but I might still type things out wrong, so please don give me a hard time.

I wanted to go see a couple of concerts this year, but I don't think that's going to be possinle in a wheelchair. Especially if people start mishpitting. I wouldnt know what to do with myself. so i settle for staying home and listenig to music. That's at least something Im still abole to enjoy. I havent been on this thread in a long time, so Ive been missing out on stuff, I hope not much. Ive had a lit going on. Some of my favorite bands, at lest right now anyway are Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, and ive developed sort of an unhealty obsession with Royal Blod.

again, I can only hope i spelld everythinh right, but please dont give me ahard time if I didn't.

Unfortunately my recent surgery did not work to restore my sight. I haven't given up. I go back for surgery either later this summer or this fall.

The artwork in my signature was a gift from my dear friend ~Griffin. She only has a PC mouse to work with, but even though I can't see it (yet), I'm sure it looks just as good as anything digital. :)

I share computers with my roommate ~Griffin. We don't trade unfairly, and we obey CS rules. She and my other roommate help me navigate around the site, and read things to me and such, but she does not control my account, and neither does the other. Please don't ban me, or her. :)

In three weeks I'm going to see Of Mice & Men, Linkin Park and Rise Against as a birthday present!

I mostly listen to Of Mice & Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Black Veil Brides, Bring Me The Horizon, Falling In Reverse and Pierce The Veil.

Hey Jase! It's great to see you back. Glad you're figuring things out! Question; does your "reading/writing assistant" happen to be your dad?

I wanted to go see them on tour, but thanks to my parents hating my music, there's no way that they would "sit still" through it.

...It really sucks being a homescholer online on weekdays. <-_->'

On another note, I think that there are a number of hardrock/metal bands I've wanted to see on tour, that I haven't been able to get to either 'cause my parents don't let me, or this other freakin' guy wins the tickets first. ^-_-> just goes to show, you enter raffles and contests for free tickets, the other guy gets 'em. Your aunt enters a raffle to win a basket of snacks, you didn't really want, and you will probably end up feeding to the stupid dog... you win... every time... without fail...typical. )=<

There was also this time that I called into a radio station to put in my request, for my favorite song, (Moth, by H_ll Yeah), and I won a free limousine ride. I have absolutely no use for a limousine, and so I still have the code for the free ride, and I don't know, or care, when it expires. The station was doing an All-Request New Years Eve thing. The free rides were supposed to be so people could go out in a limo on New Years Eve, and drink and party and stuff, and not care about having to get home, because you have a limo. I spent the entire night home in my pajama pants with the radio cranked, not doing ANYTHING. I DON'T NEED A LIMO! I NEED THE FREE CONCERT TICKETS, THAT YOUR STATION IS CONSTANTLY GIVING OUT, AND I SOMEHOW NEVER WIN!... NOT A FREAKIN' LIMO!

Nooooooo that's not fair
I really hope they play Meteora in full at Download in its 15th anniversary year like they did with Hybrid Theory. And I had better not miss it if they do.
