updated rule again. Lowered time on CS to 9 months instead of 11 cx
post count however, remains the same for now at 1k (1,000)

I wasn't aware of this rule until just now. I think it's a good rule! That way, you know they've been active and will continue to e active.

I'm actually considering lowering it again xD or maybe should have just not put the rule in place at all... x.x
