"it is. look, you can see all the walkers in the store." she said, nodding towards the door. "they might not have found their way up the stairs, yet, though." she said, standing there and examining the building.

Naomi let the kid answer his question and just replied with a nod. "Just take the ladder." She told him, gesturing to it on the side of the building.

Daryl nodded and jogged over to the ladder, attempting to avoid the walkers gathered in the inside of the building. "Barbie, come on." He muttered as he started to climb up the metal slowly.

alaska nodded, following daryl. she glanced into the store for a brief second, seeing the walkers that crowded the space. luckily, they didn't seem to notice the three. she glanced back at naomi to make sure she was still there, a habit of alaska. she started to climb the ladder, all the way to the top, trying to stop herself from looking down. it was a long way up, and one wrong step could lead to something fatal.

Naomi just simply nodded at Alaska once she glanced over, letting her know that it'd be okay and she'd catch her if she fell. Naomi watched the girl start to climb the ladder and looked over her shoulder for any stray Biters before following behind her and the Dixon.

the girl continued to climb the ladder, getting higher and higher off the ground. she couldn't hold herself back so she looked down, loosing her footing. one foot slid off and she cursed, rather loudly from the sudden scare. "[blank]!" she said, it was the first time daryl or naomi heard her swear. she quickly readjusted her foot and continued climbing the ladder. "i almost had a heart attack!" she laughed.

Naomi looked up at the kid as she heard her curse, her eyes widening at the sight of her almost falling and a pang of fear running through her. Normally, she'd scold a kid for using that type of language, but it wasn't really her place and she wasn't Chloe. Naomi just let out a sigh of relief as she saw her regain her balance and smiled a little at her joke, continuing to climb up the ladder after the two.
