Personally I would take it. I've seen the set go for more but it doesn't happen terribly often and several of the pets on their side have pretty good demand. :) It's hard to say that you'd get a better offer than that and there's always the risk of a withdrawn offer if you let it sit. *shrug* It's up to you but personally I would accept. :)

I tend to put the shima around an early 09 rare so I'd say not bad in terms of value. Rats don't always have great demand though so you'd probably be better off with the shima. I wouldn't say it's unfair though.
The shima gets a lot of hype in auctions but in a more normal trading market it's around an early 09 rare.
