Since Nocs will be back, would it be a good idea to take 3mil treasure for a Noc scroll?

The scrolls are 4,1 mil as cheapest in the AH, if I were you I wouldn't take anything less than that. If you were to hold to your scroll a couple of month it would probably be even more valuable, since yes the event will return next year but the scrolls will probably be a very rare drop then too.

Though personally I hope they will change and make the scroll a bit more avaliable, if not avaliable in the gem shop cause it's such a load of stress and anxiety and I can't be the only one feeling that.

my cousin made an account for FR during the last registration window, but wasn't able to actually activate it until now. It lets him activate it, but he can't log in. Does the account deactivate after a certain amount of time of not being activated?
