Ivypaw looked at them then turned to Briarpaw and Barkpaw. "You don't ever want to be in love?" Ivypaw asked Briarpaw and poked her playfully with her tail.

He rolled his eyes then started to scratch behind his ears. "I don't see the big deal about it." He said flicking his tail.

Briarpaw frowned. "Well, yes... and no. It'll end badly...." she said. "It's how my mom died... I found out earlier..." she whispered.

Ivypaw looked at Briarpaw surprised. "Oh i'm sorry Briarpaw," Ivypaw meowed and went over to sit next to her friend.

Clearfrost smiled happily and swayed his tail back and forth across the ground.

He folded back his ears and looked at the ground. He didn't say anything as he curled his tail around his paws. He looked up at Briarpaw. " sorry to hear that...." He said looking back at his paws.

Clearfrost quickly sat up and looked around camp.

Ivypaw stood up quickly and watched Briarpaw leave. Then she looked down at Barkpaw.
