I believe it is logically fair (the UR Tiger Dog is worth 1,800 C$, what they are offering is worth the same amount.) but the two horses they added have little to no demand.
Emotionally, the trade is unfair. c:

I'm afraid C$ values don't quite work like that.
It's very unfair to the UR Tiger - the C$ side barely
adds up to 2 nons. The Tiger is worth 5.
