Mapleshadow watched as Tidestar ran in the direction of Meadowclan, then turned her attention back to the clan as their leader disappeared into the distance. She was glad that it had been so easy to convince everyone to get help from another clan, but she was still anxious about how the Meadowclan cats would react. She had only met them a few times during gatherings, so she couldn't really judge how open they were to other clans.
