What up!
I have some news! But first, lets zip back to yesterday evening when we had Rocky's party!
I drove to the address Silt gave us and thought he got it wrong 'cause I stopped outside a mansion (i'm not even kidding). But I went up to the palace place anyway:
Me: *rings doorbell*
The giant, pristine door opened.

Me: OHMYGOSH!!! You actually live here?!?!?!?! O_O
Silt: Uhhhh yes...
Me: *Walks in like i'm in a dream*
The palace place was HUMONGOUS!!!! Silt led me through his mansion to the basement where there was a huge screen with large couches in front of it and a small-ish kitchen area at the other end of the room.
Me: *jaw hits the ground*

Tania: This place is huge right! Did you bring the things I asked you to?
Me: yea
Tania: Great! Silt, help us put them up will you?
Silt: Sure.
Well I got over my wonder-struck-ness (whatever you call it) and tacked streamers and balloons everywhere while Silt and Tania blew up the balloons and handed them to me.
Then Sam showed up.

Sam: Nice place!
Silt: Thanks, the presents just go over there.
The place looked pretty cool once we'd done with it. We were blowing up the last of the balloons and joking around when Rocky arrived!

Rocky: Woah!
Everyone: Happy Birthday Rocky!!!
Rocky: Oh my gosh guys! You went to way to much trouble for me!
Tania: Psh! Not at all! We should've rented a DJ.
Rocky: No, you shouldn't have! But thank you, guys. I don't know what to say.
Me: Well I do! Wanna open presents? OuO
Tania: The presents are for Rocky, not you!
Me: I didn't say they were!
So we went and plopped ourselves on the spongey sofas in the lounge and watch Rocky unwrap his various presents.
Rocky: Oh my gosh! Who gave me this! *hold up a small spray bottle*
Me: What is it even?
Rocky: Fart spray!
Tania: Oh help!
Me: Oh no! Who gave him that!
Sam: I did.
Me: Of course you did. DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE JUST DONE?!?!?! *eye twitch*
Rocky: Thanks, Sam! You're the best!
Sam: Oh...
Then there was also a video game from Silt, a bag of candy from Tania, and a drinking hat (with the straws and all) from me along with:
Everyone else: *Breaks into laughing*
Rocky: Just what I need; toilet paper!
Me: I thought you'd need it.
Rocky: No, seriously, why did you give this to me?
Me: *shrugs* You need it...
Rocky: Oh yeah, to T.P. your house!
Me: You'd better not!
We joked around for a few minutes before Tania announced the games she organized and we decided to play this fear factor game. She sorted out a bunch of food that she had and we had to take turns at picking a number and whichever one we picked we had to eat the food that came with it (without looking). It was great... until I had to eat some boiled squid tentacle! I almost puked! *gag*
We played a couple other games before turning on the TV and having a dance off (either Tania or Rocky won), then we had a dinner of hot pockets and rainbow cake while we watched this movie about a couple of teens befriending a couple of aliens and then stopping robots from taking over the world and blah blah. Then we did more dance off's then we went home and slept.

Back to today.
Lunch break (again):

Gwen: EVERYONE SHUT UP!!!!
Everyone: *shuts their gob and looks at Gwen*
Gwen: Our principal has some announcements to make.
Principal: *steps up on to table* Thank you Gwen. We have tests coming up again.
Everyone: *groans and murmurs*
Principal: Your teachers will give you the details, but this year we have something different to also announce.
Everyone:
Principal: At the end of this coming month, after all the testing, we will be having a masquerade ball!
Everyone: O.O *whispers excitedly*
Me: O_O
Principal: WE WILL HAND notices out about it later. If anyone is interested in helping decorating the gym for the ball we have a sign up sheet on the notice board. A date will not be required to go but guys should start thinking about who they want to ask out. There will be no cost to go and we will be providing dinner, dessert and a DJ. Keep up the good work in your studies. *steps down from table*
Everyone: *chatting excitedly*
Me: Yay. Something else to make life fun.
Silt: ... I couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic then or not.
Me: Ball + dates = drama = That was sarcasm.
Silt: Okay.
Rocky: Well they've got free desserts. I'm good with that.
Tania: You guys want to get together after school and study?
Me: Study when we could be doing something exciting? No thanks.
Tania: Well would you prefer to do it by yourself? We'll need to do it either way so let's do it together!
Silt: Good idea!
Rocky: SILT'S HOUSE!
Silt: My parents are having guests.
Tania: Actually we can do it at my house.
So we're doing that tonight and we just chatted the rest of lunch break...
...

SOMEONE ELSE GOT DOG-NAPPED!!! O_O
I don't know who it was but apparently it happened yesterday after school while she was walking home. No trace of her anywhere. O-O I don't think anyone's gonna start walking home by themselves anytime soon.

Moving on, studying last night went fine. I think Rocky and me got the least work done but oh well. (And her bedroom was really weird. It was like a rainbow sneezed in that part of the plain house. Oh, and her brother was kind of weird too, compared to her, he was like a piece of cardboard... ordinary and boring. Plus her mother is kinda strict... but friendly... kinda reminds me of royalty... just kinda. Dad divorced and left. Hi.)
Things have been pretty peachy otherwise... I guess... what does peachy even mean?
Well during science we got to pick partners for another experiment and need I say more? :

John: Make sure you pay attention this time.
Me: Whatever you say mom.
John: -_-
Me: I wish I had a camera right now.
John: Hilarious. Looking forward to the dance?
That came so unexpectedly I choked on my spittle.
John: Are you okay? O_o
Me: Yea- *cough cough* *hack* *cough* you get the point.
A moment later:
Me: Okay i'm good now.
John: oookay. As I was saying, are you looking forward to the ball?
Me: uh... no...
John: What?! Why not?
Me: I dunno, too much drama involved.
John: ...okay.
Me: *holds up vial* What did the teacher just say to put in this?

On the way to this class I managed to catch up with Sam again which ended with a rather serious discussion and detention.

Me: How you going?
Sam: Fine.
Me: Did you hear about the dognapping that happened yesterday?
Sam: Yea.
Me: Short of words today aren't you?
Sam: Not really, i'm talking aren't I?
Me: Barely.
Sam: What more do you want me to say?
Me: I don't know. What do you think about the ball?
Sam: Heh, what?
Me: You know, this school dance at the end of the month.
Sam: Oh, um... right. Er... I haven't thought about it.
Me: You haven't thou- at all?
Sam: Yea...
Me: Why? You got lots of stuff going on?
Sam: Not really.
Me: Got a lot on your mind?
Sam: No.
Me: Head in the clouds?
Sam: No.
Me: Well then why? I don't like proms but i've still thought about it! Why haven't you?
Sam: I don't know... it's just a dance thing. Why does it matter? (We had stopped outside our class now.)
Me: Oh yeah, sure it doesn't matter, that's why everyone gets excited and THINKS ABOUT IT!
Sam: Well i'm not everyone! I'm a mutant freak of nature that doesn't belong anywhere!!!!
Me: ...
Sam: sorry...
Me: No, it's okay. Just because you have these crazy powers doesn't mean you're a freak... it means you're pretty awesome, I mean, I wanna have superpowers!
He smiled.
Sam: You'd probably change your mind about that once you got some, but thanks.
Me: Anytime. So how did we get onto this subject? Anyway, maybe we should loosen up more.
Sam: Why?
Me: Well i'm probably taking this ball too seriously, and you are not relaxing enough to loosen up and think about having a bit of fun at a school dance.
Sam: When did you come up with that?
Me: Just as we talked. Anyway, ready to get detention? (Class had started 8 minutes ago.)
Sam: *smiles* After you of course.
Aaaaand we both got detention after school. Can't wait for that, yay.

Well hello dork.
I just felt like calling you that.
Right now, I just want to get this class over with so I can get to the next class and the next so then I can finally get out of this place and blob at home. Few hours until that happens. *sigh*
Nope, the teacher's watching so I can't bomb Conner with a paper airplane, although i'd hardly call it bombing... oh I just did, whooptee doo.
Bored... bored... bored... ... bored... and bored again.
Well not much has happened today, Silt isn't at school, Gwen was a pain at lunch, all the teachers are telling us to study hard for the tests... it's a pretty average day.
And i'm gonna sign out now.

Silt is gone. Just gone. Just like that.
Here's what happened:
I came to school on the bus, as usual, not dwelling much on the fact Silt was absent a second day with no word from him.
I went into school, where there were a whole bunch of police around; went to the cafeteria and was lounging there, watching all the police-dogs and students when Sam came over:

Sam: Why do you think half the police department is here?
Me: Maybe something happened last night, like a burglary?
Sam: Maybe, i'm sure we'll find out later.
Me: Ha! Yep, the students at this school have the most flappy ears i've ever seen!
Sam: What?
Me: What?
Sam: Flappy ears?
Me: You know, they poke their nose into other canine's business.
Sam: ... Okay... but flappy ears?
Me: Never-mind.
I went back to canine-watching and we kinda just sat there for a bit as the police moved around the room questioning others until:
Sam: So you're going to the ball?
Me: I guess so.
I was watching one particular officer question Winter so I was only half listening to him.
Sam: With anyone?
Me: Ha! Yeah, no.
Sam: Yeah no? It's either yes or no, not both.
Me: It's no! I'm not going with anyone.
Sam: Okay, is there a reason for that?
Me: What do you think smarty pants?
Sam: I don't know that's why I asked.
Me: Nobody has or ever would ask me to go to a dance with them, stupid! And I wouldn't accept if anyone did ask anyway.
Sam: *mumbles something sarcastically about how obvious that was* Why not?
Me: I'm not into the whole romance thing. Why are you looking at me like that? OH MY STARS! WHY DO I KEEP TREATING YOU LIKE A PERSON?!?!?!?! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE EYES!!!
Sam: Going to a dance with someone has to be romantic?
Me: No... I guess not, but then what's the point in "going with someone" to the da-
Tania: Alex!
I feel like I jumped two feet into the air. I spun around and saw Tania running towards us looking like she was going to burst into tears.

Me: Tania? Is everything okay?
Tania: It's Silt! He was dog-napped!
And then she started to quietly cry.
Me: Silt?
Tania: *nods and tries to compose herself*
Me: That's why the police are here?
Tania: Yes, apparently his parents *sniff* got to action as soon as he didn't come home yesterday, the police think he was taken as he walked to the bus stop yesterday morning.
Me: But... he can't- how could he? Have they-
Tania: The police are still looking but they haven't discovered anything else. *sniff*
Sam: Alex?
Me: I need some time.
So I vacated the cafeteria and wandered around the grounds until the bell rang. And give me a break, its not everyday your friend is stolen by some serial dog-napper (if this is the same canine)! I want to find Silt! But where on earth do I start?! What if... no, that's a dangerous thing to say.
I was late to first class and got told off. The rest of the day has been a bit of a blur.
At lunch Rocky and Sam tried to cheer us up a bit which ended in me arguing with them and Tania dropping tears into her lunch. I've never seen Tania so... not optimistic.
Then I went off and wandered around school, asking random canines if they had seen Silt because... you never know.
And here I am now.
