"I'm fine." Hazelpaw meowed, taking a step back and opening her eyes, which were of mixed emotions, mainly happy ones. "But I need to talk to Heartstar. About being a full medicine cat. Redstorm...." the she-cat trailed off. The other clans didnt know of the tom's death. It was Sharpstar's fault. And for that, Hazelpaw hated Sharpstar the most.

lionflare listened as hazelpaw talked about needing to talk to heartstar about becoming a full medicine cat. he tilted his head curiously as she trailed off at redstorm. he was about to ask, but realized what had happened. "i'm sorry," he meowed sincerely. "was it sharpstar?" he asked a bit quietly. sharpstar had been causing trouble ever since he came to the clans.

As Hazelpaw traveled the length of the border, it was hard for her to distinguish one scent from another. The wind wasn't blowing toward her, so if she ran into trouble, things could get ugly. As she walked, pretending not to look at the MoonClan side of the border and instead on her own for herbs, a familiar voice quietly called her name. The she-cat's gray ears perked up as she spotted Lionflare's golden pelt and after a quick scent and glance around she dashed over. "Lionflare!" Hazelpaw called, hazel eyes glowing with excitement and love.

"No," the fae shook her head. "That's all I wanted to do - just come over and talk."

lionflare hated seeing her upset. he listened as she told him that she was afraid and how they needed to get rid of iceclan. he nodded his head in agreement. "but how?" he asked. "it would be hard enough to get our clans together to rebel against iceclan," he commented. well... maybe not that hard... he thought. he was sure both clans hated iceclan.

"We can't fight now. The clans can't afford it. The herbs have only started growing. No leaves yet. Once they grow, I say we rebel. IceClan isn't big, but their cats are wicked fast and strong. Not to mention they fight dirty." Hazelpaw's tail flicked with thought. She really did hate fighting but what would they do? Ash Sharpstar politely?

lionflare nodded. "we would have to take a while to prepare, y'know? train our warriors really hard, gather and store tons and tons of herbs, prepare strategy..." he shook his head. "it would take a long time but i'm willing to if it means getting rid of them," he meowed, gazing up at hazelpaw.

Applefoot limped back to camp with her prey and dropped it in the pile. She headed towards the Medicine den. "Hello! I think I sprained my paw."

"Well..." Foxcloud thought for a moment. "A Clan is like a family. I like the feeling of closeness we all have. I don't really know much about Sharpstar, though. I'd like to get to know him better for sure."
