Jamie had been resting on a roof in boredom, watching the people below with her own sense of glee. But there wasn't a single thing new that had occurred in the last hour. Or even five hours. So growing annoyed with the lack of action, she dropped from her perch and began away, hoping to find something or someone to sate her need for entertainment. Though, for a long while, it seemed she was out of luck, there was suddenly a flash to catch her eye. Blue eyes had caught her interest, and in the moment- that was enough for gravitation. So she began to follow the strange person with a spark of excitement.

Zander

Yawning again, he walked along the street, pushing past people and keeping a tight hold on his bag so that he didn't drop it and so no one could rob it. Turning down another street, he paused, narrowing his eyes a bit. He got the strange feeling that somebody was watching him, but then, he often had that feeling - everyone did. Looking around just in case, he didn't see anyone of particular suspicion and so continued on walking, trying to shrug the feeling off.

Jamie chuckled to herself at his unease, more so amused at him hiding the bag. For him to do so made her curious to its contents. So she quickened her pace, wanting to catch up to the boy. There was something about his scent that made him even more interesting, more interesting than his blue eyes. When she realized the streets were more desolate, she didn't bother to keep her speed under wraps and came to a stop just behind him. "And just who are you?" She asked softly, trying to peek at his face from a safe distance.

shiro matsumi.

"ceil!" shiro shrieked, entering the study her adoptive father, in her eyes, without knocking. she clutched one side of her small maids uniform, her cheeks flared brightly. "i would not take pride in tri-..." shiro drifted her gaze to her adoptive father and her face burst to the color of a tomato. "you... you as hopeless." she muttered, turning away. "f-father, should i help?" she asked, looking up towards the windows in the corridor.

Zander

Hearing a voice behind him, he spun around, seeing a boy with dirty blond/light brown hair and bluish-gray eyes standing before him. He frowned, subconsciously tightening his grip on the strap of his bag. After all, he was a thief, and any good thief knows to keep a good hold of his own things. "Why do you wanna know?" he asked a little cautiously. He always felt a little uneasy about giving out personal information, including his name, to strangers. Especially strangers that just randomly approach him on the street. "I don't really recall ever having known you, and I don't tend to give out such information to total strangers."

"But you do." Jamie said with a smile, circling the boy and inspecting him curiously. "A whole ten seconds ago we met....as for why, you have a very interesting air about you." She said, tapping her chin as she watched him and her gaze flicking to the boys bag. She would wait to ask on it. He already seemed on edge about telling her his own personals. It would be a shame to chase him off so soon.

Zander

He raised a brow, eyes following the boy. He had a point, but that didn't make it a necessarily good one, at least as far as he was concerned. "Fine then, I'll tell you my name if you give me yours first," he said, not taking his eyes off of the boy even as he circled him. After a moment he became a bit irritated, and asked, "Will you stop that circling? It reminds me of a vulture."

"Oh a deal striker, hm?" She said, with a chuckle and stopped at his irate command. "I am Jamie, who is not a single bit different than a vulture. And yours, boy?" She asked, crossing her arms as she waited. Though she had stopped her circling, she continued running his fundamentals through her mind, trying to find just what about this boy made other humans seem invisible under her constant call for entertainment.
