i am so happy the site is free now and i planned on returning on my Ballerina-Kitty account, to find out I don't remember the email. I am currently in contact with the support center but it doesn't look as though I'm going to be able to get my account back because I no longer have the credit card that i paid for clubfoo on. not to mention Ballerina-Kitty has 20+ pets and over 300 foodollars. :c fresh start i guess?

If you give correct info such as the first and last name on the account and the birthdate, they may be able to get your account back to you?

Not necessarily. I tried contacting Foopets Support as well for the same issue: I didn't remember my email. I got a response saying:

Thanks for contacting FooPets Support.

We appreciate the information given. Unfortunately the email you provided is not correct. For security reasons I am not able to give out information about the account. However, if you find the correct email I can confirm if it is the correct one if you can also provide the correct date of birth.

I had like ninety emails way back in the day for sites like Foopets (obviously I'm embellishing quite a bit, but you get the idea), and I am literally unable to remember more than half of them. So my account that I had since August 16th, 2009 will never again be logged onto because I am unable to provide an email. I did, however, provide a correct Date of Birth, and even gave them the link to my old account. But nope, wasn't enough. -sigh-

Ahh I remember the good old days when I was in elementary school where you could play foo pets completely free. Those were the days. Once they added membership I left and never came back. But I will sign up again. Because I don't remember my old account info

Hi! I just came across this thread. It's so nice to see the free members back. Maybe I'll actually make some new friends now. Pretty much everyone I knew disappeared when it became pay to play so it's just been me and my pets for about two years. xD

Footpets was my fave game every i was sad when it went to pay to play but this time i am not going get my hope up they could still take free to play. You never know.
