Species concept?

Thoughts? I am thinking they might be called Two faced time dragons. (Yes they are dragons, but I still have to add the scales). I am thinking of also adding some more gear or clock like things any suggestions? If people like this concept I will also be looking to sell it because I don't have enough time for a species at the moment.
