Gar sat up. "It's gorgeous! Would you like to see? I can show you then you could come back if you really wanted."

[Okay, thanks!]
Gar looked away from Shiver and down at SnowShoe. He allowed his hard exterior to wash over him again. His kindness was reserved for very few. "What do you need help with?" He looked around. "Shouldn't you ask your alpha for help?" His body twitched as he thought of Dewey.
Minnow woke in her den, every inch of her was covered in mud, staining her creamy fur red and black. She yawned and stretched, loosening dried bits away from her elbows and feet. After a moment she was up, wading in the water, rolling against the stones to wash off.
Gill woke as it got darker, his black body blended in with the night. His whit chest and toes seemed to blaze with brightness under the rising moon.

Gar's ears pricked forward when the pup spoke of Beta. "Show me" he demanded. "Take me. NOW." He barked. He looked back to Shiver. "I won't be gone long. I promise."
Minnow was quickly cleaned and back to her normal color. She lapped up the cold water, sinking back into it to relax. Her long fur kept her quite warm but she was more of a winter wolf, preferring the snow and ice to the sun and heat.
Gill yawned, forcing the sleepiness out of his body. He stretched and shook out his fur, readying himself for a new adventure. Looking around he saw no other wolves, but he did find a baby bunny. Playfully he crouched down and pounced, chasing the kit along a zig-zag trail of footprints. He barked happily, nipping at the brown and tan rabbit.
