Terminaè are described in mythology as hounds from hell. It is said that they are vicious killers, but that is entirely untrue. They are ancient, gentle beasts originating from 'The Underworld'. Their purpose is to keep a natural balance between all who reside and pass through 'The Underworld'.

These naturally gentle beasts are are fairly social, and love the company of most other beings. They are often found lazing around each other in large groups, sharing tongues, stories, or silence. They never have territorial disputes as territory is not even a known boundary to these giants. Offspring are always cared for by parents and other kin, but were there to be an orphaned pup (for any reason), any adult would gladly adopting into its own family; treating it like its own.

Terminaè can live for thousands of years, and pups take 20-30 to fully mature.

By around Brett's 25th birthday he had realized that he was not a lesbian and was in fact a straight transmale. Brett's name and pronoun changes were greeted warmly by his friends and family, and Brett has (so far) luckily experienced little transphobia in all 83 cycles of his life. By 40 Brett began taking an interest in the stories the souls of the Underworld had to tell. Brett has found human souls and dog souls infinitely interesting, for Brett has found that humans and dogs seem very similar to his own species in way of thought and for dogs anatomy as well. He has become well known for these abilities to converse with souls. Brett began archiving his family's line 5 cycles ago after engaging with a human scientist who had worked with the Human Genome project and ancestral ties. So far Brett has recorded at least 50 generations of Brett's kin. Brett is currently trying to work his way closer to the more central regions of the Underworld in the hopes of talking to even more human and domesticated canine souls.
