I left it about because its not what you think it is. Its not a crush by definition. A crush is an infactuaion with someone that is either not going to happen (but really anything could happen) or with out cause. I love and care for her very much,I try my best with helping her with her psoriasis by studying online about the disease so I can't help find a cure and I help her not strarin her arthrise (I help her pick up stuff when she drops it,writes stuff down for her if she can't etcx.) and I'm just willing to put myself in a place I might not want to be for her. I'm not trying to say its right and I don't except you to understand either. I love her.

Real love is something that is reciprocated. A 47 year old can not reciprocate the love of preteen. If you continue this, if you put her in a position where anyone else misconstrues her as encouraging or going along with these romantic feelings, she can go to prison. It's time to be realistic.

So there is this guy that I can't stop thinking about. He lives with one of my best friend's boyfriend, so I'm at their house a lot. Him and I nearly slept together one night and neither of us has brought it up again. How can I stop thinking about this guy? I need too, especially since he isn't interested in me and I don't have any interest in dating him anyways.

Right now I'm not really wanting to get into a relationship anytime soon. For the future when I do want to be in a relationship I could use some advise. I'm homosexual but the certain location I live in well isn't really supportive of homosexuals. There also isn't any people I guess that are compatible you might say around. I've met some really good people online but I know the bad things about online dating. Should I do online dating or not. I wouldn't want to do any of the sites or anything but maybe someone that I meet naturally. This has been really nagging me for a long time. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. <3

I'm straight and I'm female, but I don't really think that matters when it comes to online dating. It's all the same. Personally I believe that it's just not the same as in person, but you have to take what you can get when your options are so low if you are determined to have/find a significant other. If you find them on a random site and strike up a conversation where you share a mutual interest, then I say go for it. Hopefully you can progress from the internet to maybe phone calls or text messages so it can be a bit more personal and you can get a feel for the person based off of their voice (on the phone and also so you can see if they are who they really say they are, like male or female) and their personality.

You shouldn't worry about how your parents will take it. If you're truly with her, then you should tell your parents that's how things will be. I'm sorry about your mom, that's unfortunate. But I think we both know she wants you to be happy.

You shouldn't worry about how your parents will take it. If you're truly with her, then you should tell your parents that's how things will be. I'm sorry about your mom, that's unfortunate. But I think we both know she wants you to be happy.

I apologize but I don't necessarily think this is good advice. Everyone wants to believe in a just world where parents love their children no matter what, but the statistics on homeless LGBT youth say otherwise. If her father has threatened to disown her, I don't think you're going to help her by telling her "don't worry." For all you know, there could be a lot to worry about.

As for my own advice...I would say weigh your options and give them careful consideration. On one hand, your father can not legally make you homeless if you are under 18. On the other hand, plenty of parents do that anyway, and there are other ways he can legally separate you or make life much harder for you. If you are approaching college age, you might want to wait until you are at college, where you will be more free to be yourself without risking your father finding out. If you think he will follow through on his word, don't put yourself at risk. It's completely wrong and unfair for him to be doing this to you, but you are also very young. Assuming you are still in your schooling years, you are in a critical period that can have a lot of impact on where you end up as an adult, and you may or may not want to risk that on a relationship in your youth. Keep your own safety and security as your number one priority for now. Once you are financially independent, you will have many years to live and love as freely as you wish. Don't feel like you will be wasting valuable time by not getting into a relationship soon.

Coming from someone who is also gay with homophobic parents, I will admit that the closet is rather comfy. If I were you, Id do what Ive done, and date her in secret. Its kinda hard, especially when you want to brag and you have to be like "Yeah, and sh- they're, like, the most adorable person ever~"
But yeah, Id just try and keep it a secret... just erase messages between you two or talk somewhere private (Chatzy is a great site for this). If you want any help, feel free to PM me :3
