It took me a while to judge this guy, it was really hard and I was stuck between two forms.
In the end, I eventually had to choose - I had to take away the coding and art, as it was not too focused on that. I focused mainly on the cloak. What it means to that wolf and any other things you might have added.
The forms I was having trouble between belonged to Pokechu12 and foxflight,

I loved the fact that his cloak wasn't always a cloak and just merely a cape for Halloween, and the general design/shape of it.
Of course, since foxflight, had a really close form as well, I have decided that I will be awarding a RU, if you wish to receive it c:
