What are they?
Love gliders are a genetically engineered species of rodent bred for their soft lush fur. They are often thought to be a cross between a love bird an a sugar glider (hence the name). Love gliders in fact don't have any plumage on their body and rather have a coat of soft pelt that gets very thick around the neck and back. They have light bones to keep them airborne for on average 30 seconds, there have been recording on longer glides. A Love glider's primary diet consists of small nuts, berries and bugs. Love gliders are very affectionate animals to their loved ones. They get very attached to those who they spend a lot of time with. Many suffer from anxiety when left alone due to this social bond. Love gliders are about the size of a rabbit when full grown. They can live to be 25 years of age.
