Honestly 10L isn't suitable for anything other then a betta
Minimum for one fancygold fish is 75L and 38L for each additional
its nothing fancy, just a small normal gold fish from the pet store. the tank says that its fine for two of them... but anyway there not mine so not very much point telling me since dad already made up his mind
A fancy golfish is any goldfish with a double tail like fantail, oranda, Ryukin, black moor, ranchu ect
If they are single tailed (common, comet, shubunkins ect) then they grow even larger and need twice as much space as a fancy goldfish
I have no idea why petstores claim those tanks can house goldfish, in a couple of months if taken care of properly one tiny petstore goldfish will have outgrown the space

Username: ErisedHow many fish tanks do you have: One (25 gal.)
Types of fish that you have: At the moment, a male Angel Fish and a male blue gourami
Your fishs' names: Stripes, and Dusty
How long have you had fish: It's been a while, but I'd say around 1 year? I've had other fish (platys, balloon bellies, 'glo-fish', and so many others)

I'm going to the pet store tomorrow to pick up some frozen brine shrimp and a new betta! <3
What color are the guppy fry? How many?
No colour yet! Four of them, there were five but I lost one.
Goldfish pic, because why not? c:

If I had the room (and funds :p) for a larger tank, I'd get a good fish tank. I absolutely LOVE them. I remember when I was six and we had the most beautiful ryukin in a tiny bowl. I didn't know any better and my parents didn't either but that little fish lived 5 years! But as I have a caviary, pacman frog, 2 10 gallons, a 5 gallon, and two 2.5 gallons, I have no room

I'd like to have goldfish as well, but sadly I'm more fan of the single tailed ones and generally like to see goldfish(single or double tail) in much bigger tank than the commonly said 20 gal. So not going to get any until I get rich and have my own (huge) place.

I've actually been thinking, I'd need maybe 3 large tanks and maybe one medium to get all my dream set ups. ...No wait, one more large one, but shallow maybe, for corries only.

Can we pretend that the airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?
I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

Oh one is a fantail... its the biggest one in the tank and alot fatter because it keeps snatching all the food.
Dad said he will move them to a bigger tank if they get much bigger. We have an old tank outside that used to have about 6 quite big gold fish. We had them fir years those ones! Most where just gold oned but we had one that was many black with alittle white and gold. He was really frendly and would always swum up to meat you when you went out to him.
