Here goes! After reading about pearlcatchers I knew it was a perfect match. Their love of chatter and gossip fits me well, though I'm not necessarily proud to admit. They are social and live in densely populated areas. Likewise, I like people and feel comfortable among lots of people, watching and feeling like I am part of a community. Pearlcatchers are 'notorious cowards' and so am I. I have always been known as the weakling of the group and my response to a difficult situation is to curl into a ball and hide.
Now on to colors. For primary I chose stone. It is a dull and basic color with little character. I too am simple and don't have much personality. For secondary, jungle. Dark green is my favorite color so it fits well. I wanted a similar color for the tertiary but used a lighter green to be more aesthetically pleasing. For genes I decided speckle/eye spots/smoke. Spots show imperfection, flaws, which I have plenty of. The smoke is to represent my softer and more 'girly' nature, however subtle.
Lastly I chose the earth flight. Earth dragons are known for strength and consistency. These are qualities are things I look for in others and like to think I have. They also have a strong connection to their ancestors which I also have. My dragon counterpart is still a hatchling. In many ways I am still a kid and I know I still have a lot of maturing to do.

Whew that was a mouthful but now I'm done.
