I cried over the ending
with the sac-ville bagginses trying to steal bilbo's spoons.

I laughed during the end. Bilbo is like, "Helloooo, I am still alive."

Hi, I just watched doS the night before last and bofa last night. I enjoyed them, but I didn't like the bit with Gandalf at the tower, or the kili/Turial thing. I think they could have followed the story form the book better! Did any one see pj in any of them? I think I saw him in Bree in doS.

I watched the Battle of Five Armies some time ago. It was a lot better than I expected, and while I'm not a complete fan of Kíliel and didn't really appreciate those bits, the rest of it was wonderful! Of course I cried at the end, though. ;-;

The extended version of DoS is better than the theatrical version
sooooooo much better.
because the movie flows better, and actually has time to breathe... and includes a bit more stuff from the book as well.

I watched BOTFA yesterday (the first day it came out) with my family friends and I loved it.
Spoiler-> *But I thought Tauriel would die?? And I cried when she was holding Kili because the music that played reminded me of when her and Kili were talking about stars. I also cried when Thorin said farewell to Bilbo.. And probably like 3 more other parts.*
I'm going to watch it again with my friends on the 30th because I introduced them all to LoTR and The Hobbit plus I just want to see it again :>

I'm kinda in the minority here-I just loved the Kili/Tauriel thing, though at the same time, since I'd read the book already, I was just like I mean, I knew it was doomed and I sort of just thought it would be better if they just left that alone. But I was crying when Kili died.. I am so weak. But I'm so sad. Kili was my favorite dwarf. I thought it might not be so bad since I knew it was coming, but I guess a combination of things made it worse.
