Copperberry waded over to Dreampaw. "Hey, Dreampaw," she mewed softly. "How are you doing?" She knew that the apprentice wasn't normally a very happy one, especially after breaking her leg a few moons back, and the hurricane surely added on to her unhappiness.

(I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a while! The holidays have got me insanely busy. Is Tidestar still having her meeting with the group of older warriors? )

Salmonfall nodded agreeably. "Definitely," she huddled up against the tom, hoping to share body heat.

Cornfur pressed himself closer to Salmonfall, smiling. He decided to himself that maybe living on this cold hill wouldn't be so bad.

Clifftail nodded, "Yeah, we could recruit a clan as an ally. Even better, would be if we chose a clan that could possibly be in our debt? That way, it would be easier to persuade them, and bring remembrance of when they were in our place."

"Shallowcreek is no greater than you are," Copperberry told her, draping her tail over the apprentice's shoulders. "You'll be a warrior soon. I'm sure of it."
