I've been told that the first two are unfair (unfair to whom, I have no clue), but that the second one has a list pet. I still have no clue about the third one.

As far as I can tell, none of them are quite fair. I'm not great with rarity math though, so you may want to double check. (Especially since the Holly a=has pretty good demand.)
