Okay, so a balloon dog is worth 3 Blue Roses or 21 mid-advents.

21 - 15 (Grinners (Worth 2 each) & Mustard Pup) = 6

So we're already down to only 6 mid-advents. The cake dog is worth roughly 6 mid-advents, so it unfair to them by the Bat-dog, Target dog, slepnir and cat. Remove those and you're good to go.
