Yami couldn't see, but she knew what was going on and secretly smirked at the wimpish moves. Bullets hit her unexpectadly, and made her wince a bit. The bullets disinigrated as they went through her, so they never hit Samantha.

Samantha stared at Valentine wondering if he would look up. Though at the same time she hoped Yami was doing ok.

Valentine's head tilted back involuntarily for about a half second before he quickly pulled his gaze back down and rose his arms, the gun shifting into a metal coat over them for increased protection, to block the attack he knew he'd brought upon himself. Hopefully the girl would make a close-quarters attack, but he was prepared to counter should she do otherwise as well. Hopefully.

Samantha smiled, she loved this trick; look up gets you attacked from the herself but look at her and... She smiled as she let the sword plumet letting the wind guide it strait down with fast speeds. Sadly this usually has only one chance to work for the prey will usually rememeber it if she tried it again. As the sword sliced through the air it missed by a few inches, cutting his arm. Then again Samantha didn't want to kill him. Her sword went strait into the earth next to Valentine as she cursed under her breath.

Yami sighed silently as Samanthas sword missed by a few inches. Yami let her shadowy self fall of Samantha and fall to the ground into a pool again. She rose from from the darkness, with a light smile on her face. "You're stronger than I expected. Both of you," she said at a regular tone. She yawned as it was getting later than she expected already. Class was going to start soon, meaning that she wouldn't see either of them until at least lunch. She sighed, and changed back through the shadows and said loud enough for the two fighters to hear this time, "Hey! We've got to get to class!"

Samantha huffed, running past Valentine and grabbing her sword putting. She stoped at the lake to clean it then put it back in its sheath. She calmed herself letting her Rose-self dissapear back into her normal-self. Her eyes returned to their regular beauty as she began to walk back to class.

Valentine had just prepared another attack, the metal coating his arms luckily protecting him from an attack he had not expected, when Yami spoke again. He rose an eyebrow when she called them to class and sneered, shrugging. "Who cares? This is much more fun." He retorted, though he did revert to his regular form as the metal on his arms became first a gun and then a ring again. You didn't blow off classes in a school that virtually protected the entire universe, even if you weren't the best at studying. "Whatever, fine. Class. What year she in?" He muttered grumpily, narrowing his eyes at Samantha as she walked, as though challenging her rather than asking a simple question of a friend.

Samantha heard but chose to ignore. She kept her body tense in case he came anywhere near, even as she walked onto school grounds. She relaxed once she was in the hall ways. She froze when she noticed that she had no idea where to go. It was her first time in this type of school so she was totally and uterlly clue-less.

Yami rolled her eyes and said, "I told you earlier. 1st year." She turned to start walking toward class, only to see Sam lost. She walked up behind her and said, "Just go to your first class, which is 3-A I believe sine you are a first year. Your class is over here!" Yami grabbed Samantha by the hand and practically dragged her to the first floor, first class. "Here it is," Yami said smiling, and waved then walked her to class, 2-A on the second floor. She stood out in the hall for a few minutes by the stairs, waiting for Valentine to go to the 3rd floor to go to his class, because she had a question to ask him.

Samantha thanked Yami then walked indside. She became worried when no one was in the classroom but her. She choose a seat in the middle of the class right up against a window to look out. Since the teacher wasnt here yet Samantha opened the window and sat on her desk letting the cool breeze hit her but keeping an eye on the closed door.
