{{ here's my lovely dwarf character :3 let me know if anything needs to be changed <3 }}

♕ Rank -
Bo Faer is a neutral rider, but he often hangs around Gil'ead, as he is great friends with Ren Teod. He fights when needed, but doesn't serve in the army, and has already completed training.

♕ History -
Bo was born in Tronjheim to a respectable dwarf family. He was raised as a warrior and loved every second of it. Later, as the amount of fighting necessary dwindled, Bo became a diplomat, traveling between the human cities, Ellesméra, and Farthen Dûr relaying news and handling disputes. He decided to try his hand at riding later in life, and absolutely loved it. He wishes more than anything that he could have the glory of being a dwarven warrior and fight once more for the glory of his people. After finishing training, Bo met Ren, and the two became fast, albeit immature, friends. Bo is pretty old, but doesn't wish to disclose his true age as he's "not a day under 150, and don't you forget it, yeh' filthy animal."

♕ Personality -
Bo is quite a feisty fellow indeed, and doesn't let anything get in his way, especially his size. He is quite comedic, and often says things at his own or others dispense, all in good fun. Bo can lighten any mood, but knows where to draw the line when things get serious. As most dwarves kind of draw back into the mountain, Bo is totally comfortable around humans. He, of course, thinks he's better than them, but he will kindly share a drink any time.

♕ Powers/Skills -
Bo Faer is very good with an axe and shield, despite his small but stocky stature. He likes to fight, and will willing jump into a battle or even a bar fight at any given moment. He likes rocks and says that he can 'communicate' with them. Usually, he says this just to get attention from the ladies.

♕ Dragon -
Evira is a menacing dragon in appearance, standing tall with midnight blue scales and silver accents. Her demeanor, however, is anything but. Evira is the most positive, encouraging, and kind dragon in the history of the world. She acts like a worried mother towards everyone she meets, but at times can be a bit flighty. Her and Bo Faer constantly go at it, but in a good natured way, and seem to be a source of comic relief for everyone around them.

♕ Fears -
✘ heights (though he wouldn't ever admit it)
"I ain't got any fears, yeh' silly human!"
✘ cats. he absolutely hates them.
✘ for some odd reason, Bo is afraid of spiders.

♕ Essential Traits -
✘ goofy
✘ comedic
✘ kindly
✘ holds grudges
✘ diplomatic

Sardonyx Crimson & Nazaroth

"I-?" Sardonyx flinched as the crash sounded nearby. She opened the door and nearly choked when she beheld the scene in front of her. Nazaroth snaked his head through the door, and hummed in slight amusement. Sardonyx, on the other hand, was not amused.

She left the hall with an animalistic hiss, Nazaroth trailing behind her. "Stop this instant!" She barked, her dagger-like glare locked on the two. "I let you stay so you could talk to the students and make yourself useful while you were here, not so you could batter each other to bloody pulps with dull swords!"

{{ cool, I meant him to be pretty goofy :p }}

Sarene Meithos • Gil'ead • Watching the students

Sarene followed the director out into the courtyard, trying not to laugh at the scene she knew was about to unfold. Sarene had met Ren Teod only once before, and had found him quite distasteful. He may be a good warrior and a charismatic leader, but he was like a teenaged boy all the time. Sarene didn't know why he was here, but she knew that an utter debacle was about to take place.
Cairyn snorted in amusement, his great tail swinging back and forth. I would place coins on Sardonyx to win in a fight between the two of them. What about you, 'Ene?
I don't bet on those I respect. In fact, I don't bet in general. It's not lady-like. But Ren's definitely got this in the bag. She laughed and climbed up onto Cairyn, nestling into the niche on his neck to watch the events unfold.
Cairyn hummed and stepped over to stand next to the trainee that the mock fight seemed to be for. I recognize that dragon. He hatched later than I did, but as far as actual time goes, we are around the same age. His name's Zar'roc, and he's a formidable dragon.
Sarene jumped down and turned to look at the male standing next to Zar'roc, smiling. "What's going on?" she asked, curiosity getting the better of her.

Ren Teod • Gil'ead • Facing the wrath of Sardonyx

You knew this was going to happen, Ailla trilled, laughter in her eyes as she watched Ren flail under the gaze of the academy director.
Yeah, but I didn't know it would be this bad. It was all in good fun. If Bo were here, we could get out of this no problem. He's smooth with the girls.
That detestable creature that you call your friend would only make this situation worse. The only thing good about Bo Faer Dsatl is his lovely dragon.
Ren sighed, meeting Sardonyx's stormy gaze. "Sardonyx-elda, I apologize for my behavior," he said, in the most respectful tone possible. "But I do believe that in order to enjoy life to it's fullest, one needs to..." Ren knew he was going to regret this next statement, but he said it anyways. "One needs to loosen up and have fun." Ren flinched, trying not to laugh. Bo! Ren called across town with his mind to the other rider. I could use a little help here!

Bo Faer Dsatl • Gil'ead • Sleeping

Bo was dreaming about meat. Meat was simply the best thing in the world. One could not live life without some sort of meat in every meal, including breakfast, brunch, elevensies, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, and everything in between. Yes, Bo was happily dreaming about meat when that good-for-nothing rider Ren called for his help. Waking with a start, Bo stretched, rubbing sleep from his eyes. "Blast it, that bloody kid's got himself in trouble again. He's just lucky he's got me to back 'im up." Standing up in his small house on the outskirts of town, Bo reached out with his mind to Evira, calling her back from a hunt to give him a ride.
Be back in a moment, don't worry! the midnight blue dragon called, her voice chipper.
Aye, why'd you have to sound so happy 'bout it, Bo yawned, grumbling about time and money, and how he was wasting both just by making an effort with Teod. Soon Evira landed next to the house, thumping down with a happy trill. Clambering on, Bo yawned once more as they took the short flight to the academy, where Ren was waiting.
"I swear, whatever he did, he didn't do it!" Bo shouted, blasting through the academy doors. Being a dwarf, his charge didn't really have the same effect, and it took him a few moments on his short legs to actually reach the group of people. Finally catching up, he wheezed "We dwarves are natural sprinters. Very dangerous over short distances."
Evira followed, nodding hello to all the other dragons. Aw, Bo, are you alright? Need to sit down for a moment?
Blast it, woman, I'm not an old man! Not yet, anyways. Lay off, I've still got my spry knees.

Seraphine Masalha / Elazar

Seraphine drew in a sharp gasp as Sardonyx stormed out and began chiding them. Her face flushed but she stood quietly, disenchanting her blade and sheathing it, her movements slow like a child that had been caught red-handed. She opened her mouth to apologize for their behavior when Ren made the less than helpful comment about loosening up an having fun. Well, at least he'll take the brunt of her anger. Elazar offered helpfully as Seraphine took a couple steps back toward her dragon. She was surprised by the dwarf barging in. She almost laughed at how comical his entrance was, but she stifled it as not to seem rude. Elazar nodded a responding hello to the new comers. Seraphine stood in the most professional guard-stance she could manage while watching the scene the dwarf and Teod have created.

Eke remained sitting in her place, watching events unfold with a curiosity capable of killing the metaphorical cat. Her frustration had vanished, being replaced by interest. Eke sat, listening and watching as the adult riders, well, did whatever they were doing. In her eyes, the trouble was that they were doing so much and yet... so little of it seemed to function a proper purpose. The fighting between two of the dragon riders didn't really seem to be necessary, according to the imposing human rider who'd just strode outside through the gigantic doors of the Academy. Eke wondered who she was. It was an uncomfortable sensation, knowing so little, and she didn't like it one bit. Come to think of it, she didn't know the names of any of the riders or the dragons present, save for her own, and she wasn't really sure that she counted as a dragon rider. After all, her dragon egg still hadn't hatched yet.

Miriel sat in a stone hallway, rubbing her hands together for warmth. Her whole city had been asked to send their children to this place and see if the dragon hatched for them. Miriel was one of the only four who went, and so far nothing had happened for them. A tall man dressed in dark clothing opened the door before her and motioned for the girl to enter. "Take as long as you want" the human sighed as he turned away and walked out of the door again. Once the door shut, Miriel slowly crept forward and peeked her head around the thick black curtain to see a pure white stone with thin blue lines- as if it had broken- running through it as it sat on a marble podium.

Miriel reached for the stone and her slender fingers tingled at the cold touch. Almost immediately the egg shook and Miriel clutched it to her chest involuntarily, Please come with me. The tall dark man appeared again and he steered her by the shoulder out if the room and into a carriage that waited for them. You are going to the Academy now. was the last thing she heard him say before the carriage door shut and she was sealed into darkness.

Many hours later the carriage stopped and the door opened for Miriel to step out of, she was still holding the dragon egg and it shuddered again as she waited to be welcomed to this new place.

Eke turned her head away from the adult riders and began to stroke the egg. She didn't know why, perhaps she was simply reassuring herself by repeating the action. Eke raised her head, which had been lowered in order to look at the egg, and looked around her. Something caught her eye, a lone horse-drawn carriage with one door open and facing the Academy. Eke snuck a glance at the adult dragon riders. None of them seemed to be paying any attention to the carriage, engrossed in their discussion as they were. Eke saw their as reason enough to walk over and investigate the carriage. She strode forward, but stopped when she saw somebody else sitting inside the carriage. It was a person, perhaps human, but something told Eke that the girl was more than likely one of the strange race known as the Elves, or the Fair Folk. However, for some reason, something about the teenager reminded Eke of a deer, an elegant but easily frightened creature that could race off in fear at the slightest sound. Eke wondered why the girl was there, then saw the dragon egg which she clutched in her hands. It was a beautiful egg, snow-white but streaked with thin blue lines like miniature rivers. Eke decided to try and greet the girl, remembering the confusion and panic at becoming a dragon rider which she had experienced. Wait, she was still experiencing it. "Hello." Eke said, staying several feet away from the carriage, her own golden dragon egg in her hands.

Harvey watched the sparring intently. It amused him how eager Ren seemed to win. The female, Seraphine, was also rather good. However, she seemed nervous. Why? Harvey thought to no one in particular. She's good. The man watched each movement, mentally planning out the attacks and smiling when he guessed a few correctly. At mention of 'The disarmer', Harvey had allowed a small laugh to escape his lips. It was such an odd name, and a somewhat odd move in itself.
Take heed. said Zar'roc suddenly. Their styles have something yours lacks. It would be good to learn something new. He would have returned to preening his feathers, had Sardonyx not flew out of the hall. His head snapped up suddenly. The dragon watched the scene unfold with a lash of his tail.
Harvey, on the other hand, had to bite the inside of his cheek pretty harshly to stop the laughter from erupting out of him. He managed, thankfully, and had to sit in the dirt for a moment to regain himself, before standing once more and acting as though nothing had happened. He turned his head as someone shouted, seeing a dwarf and a midnight blue dragon walking inside.
Zar'roc nodded back at Evira. Everyone appears to be joining the group now. Zar'roc said to Harvey. You should be careful. I would say most of those here are more experienced than you. Don't be foolish.
I'm not foolish! countered Harvey, leaning against Zar'roc's massive leg with a sigh. Zar'roc snorted in response, but didn't add any speech. He swung his head around, looking at all those present. His gaze locked on a teenage girl, somewhat away from the rest of the group. She was clutching a golden egg. He didn't engage in conversation, he didn't know who she was. Instead, Zar'roc just continued to stare at the girl.

{Ugh sorry it makes no sense, I'm half asleep right now}
