How long do you normally have to wait for a refund?

Am I over reacting?
I normally have to wait a week or so for refunds, and I can see that you're not overreacting; if they have the points, they should have paid you back.

I've never had to ask for a refund before - I'd say, though, that you probably shouldn't have to wait more than a week?? Unless of course the person has no way of getting you a refund before then.
