Because rich humans like to spend their money on "amazing" things. Alana did air quotes and rolled her eyes. Or to do "research" and for "Fun" more air quotes. At least humans are scared of werewolves and don't want them any where near...

I love the whole series so much. Like, in English we had to write a narrative. Mine is legit about a girl going to a time paradox land to save it and meeting Teddy, Amelia, a pharaoh that happened to be named Ahkmenrah, his parents that happen to be Ahkmenrah's parents in the movie, a cowboy named Jedediah, and a roman Octavius. I mean, there's other characters (a lookalike actalike of Bucky Barnes and a sassy Utahraptor and an Evil King), but I'm pretty sure my teacher will get suspicious of where I'm getting these names from lol XD))

Ahkmenrah, 4th king of the 4th king...was confused. He woke up far away from the museum, let alone a city. He shook the dirt off his clothes and cocked his head at the sky. "Where am I now...." he murmured, but a flash of gold caught his eye. The tablet?! He quickly raced over and scooped it up gaze shifting back and forth as he walked off. Perhaps there was something amiss...

I think I'm going to re-establish Rosie and Cadence....I haven't gotten responses for them in a while so if anybody wishes to have their characters meet a princess of love or pink vivosaur trainer with awkward vivosaurs be my guest c: ))

River seemed to pause, thinking of what she could give away about 'who' she was."Well I'm mostly just a human archeologist, with some Time-lord DNA " She said softly, not wanting the others to hear. She wasn't one to talk about her past.

"Yeah but that's why they kill us." Foalan replied with a frown as her brown gaze fell onto her friend. "They fear us because we're different then them." She continued as she crossed her arms and continued to frown.

Cadence frowned. Time-Lord? Was River like some kind of Keeper of time? "Wow! You'd get along good with my sister, who is a paleontologist. She can bring dinosaurs from the dead, morph into different dinosaurs, and studies them. She has a reserve where she places all of them. Besides that she loves history. You two could talk all day!" She said at first. "So you, are, a, keeper of time or...."

River chuckled at her enthusiasm, but listened politely. She did have some experience with dinosaurs, but her sister sounds like someone she would like. "Not really, I'm related to them by circumstances. I was conceived in the time vortex, so I gained their DNA. " She smiled, deciding to leave out the 'stolen as a child to become a weapon to kill her now husband'.

"My name is Cole," he said quietly, stealing a short, curious glance at Yukine. "Who... Who are you? And where do you come from?" He felt something was unusual about the both of them. He didn't know what to make of it.

"That, I can assume is a very, how do I put it, interesting, set of circumstances," Cadence commented at River Song's explanation. "Now that you say so, something is odd about this whole thing. Special people seem to be stuck on this island. No ordinary average Joe. I dare wonder, do you think there's hostile threats here too?" she asked a bit quieter.
