I am friends with this girl and I don't know if I want to be her friend but she's not really nice should I be her friend and if I should not be her friend how do I break it to her.

Go with what you feel "inside". (Ok that sounded really cheesy) if you feel like its a real friendship then you should be friends with her.

I think that, if she is not that nice, then you should not tell her outright as she may be upset. Instead, you could just start hanging out with other people; she will get the message.

CS might not be the best place for this. If you don't want to be friends with someone then don't force yourself to do so.
