✰ Ｗｈａｔ ｉｓ ａ ＳｔａｒＧａｚｅｒ? ✰

A stargazer is a wolf-like animal, about the size of a border collie. they have thick, reptile like tails for propelling
themselves forward, through their natural habitats. Most StarGazers are found roaming space, but a few can//may
be found, in the darkest, of oceans. At birth, all S.G.'s are given a companion, a small fish, which will float around
inside of their helmet, giving advice or just there as a friend when you need one. If a StarGazer's, own, companion
is killed, they go through a 'Ceremony of Renewal'. They will be presented with a new companion. Companion's life
spans are unique, some will live for thousands of years, some only for a hundred. StarGazers are immortal, though.

✰Ｈｅｌｍｅｔ Ｍｅａｎｉｎｇｓ✰

A stargazer's Helmet color is based on the planet which it hails from originally.
Helmet color has nothing to do with it's rarity. There are 6 planets, each with a separate name.

Rosetta- a light peachy red colored planet, it has a gaseous environment and has a dry heat.

Teayon- A dark orange brown colored planet, Is quite muddy and damp with puddles strewn about.

Sunglow- A Bright, lightly glowing yellow colored planet, Everything glows dimly like a glowstick.

Tropica- A Lush green colored planet, similar to a rain forest, quite compact and dense area.

Oceanica- A bright blue colored planet, covered in water fully, sprinkled with small islands.

Violetta- A deep violet colored planet, soft pools of water scattered around a purple tinted forest.

✰ Ｗｈａｔ ａｒｅ ｔｈｅ ｒａｒｉｔｉｅｓ? ✰

Common: No edits, bobbed tail, dark colours,
one or two lighter colors, or one or two neon.

Uncommon: Tiny edits, med. tail.

Rare: Long tails, Lots of edits, pale/neon hue.

Ultra-Rare: Lots of very pale or neon coloring,
extreme edits, large tails, unique companion, Multi-Colored helmet.

The artist competition is now over and the new artists have been decided. The competition for the christmas ultra rare has been extended for a full month and will end 3/2/15.

I Have a few projects in the works. I'm currently working on a new website that will act as a "Information Hub" for all things Stargazers. It is still being worked on and is not yet complete but if you would like to check it out you can follow the [Link Here]. Also be on the look out for a nursery that is coming soon hopefully. And finally I am working on making some animated "stamps" which will be free for anyone to put in their signature.

○Bookmarking is allowed, this will not count as spamming, however you only need to bookmark the thread once.

○Guest-Artists may own up to 6 stargazers, however only 2 of these can be made by the guest-artist all others must be breed or won.
○Artists may not favor their friends or show any form of favoritism towards a certain player, SGS must be won by merit alone.

Failure to abide by the rules listed above could lead to either a warning or a ban. If you own a stargazer and have been banned you lose all rights to the stargazers you owned and may not draw them either on this site or on others such as DA.
