Jax didn't say anything and just continued looking away, a blush creeping up her neck and settling on her pale cheeks.

"I-I can walk." Jax protested, but it was too late. The teen couldn't escape Natsu's grip on her, causing her blush to darken even more.

Natsu shook his head. "Nope, ill carry you." *tiny timeskip* He laid her down on a bed in the infirmary. "Alright, just get to rest. Im gonna see if Polyuscia is here.."

Jax laid on the bed, wondering what Lucy was going to think of this. It was pretty obvious to Jax that Lucy liked Natsu, or it seemed like she liked him, and Natsu and Lucy seemed to be close. Hopefully Lucy wouldn't hate Jax for these feelings she could sense arising in her.
