Jake [m] & Sab [f] & Yero [m]
I’m writing this in human views. Just so you know… Dunno why, but I feel more towards them as human –shrugs- It’s my first human-based one I’ve posted. Wish me luck!

SAB’S POINT OF VIEW
Sab lifted her vibrant emerald eyes from the ground as a small chill caused her spine to shiver. As per usual, that announced the arrival of her best friend from… Well… Wherever it was Jake went when he was not visible to her. The ghost of the young child smiled up towards her, and though he looked young, the wisdom in his dead, black eyes was far beyond his years. Your boyfriend’s coming… came his voice, projected directly into her mind. It was young, high pitched but there was the sound of bitter resentment in it’s tone. Sab lifted her eyes further, past him to see that he was indeed telling the truth. Except the boyfriend part… There he was.
Yero. It was short for a longer name, one he had told her nobody could pronounce. He was reading, walking with his eyes down. As usual his curly brown hair was messy, and needed a trim but he obviously didn’t care too much. His dull, grey eyes were focused downward on the page of his biology textbook. He was studying for his midterm once more, as always. Sab felt her heart lift at the mere sight of the tall, somewhat lanky fellow. He wasn’t a stud, or the most attractive guy in the school… But she felt drawn to him, in a way she had never felt before. She wanted to hold his hand, see his smile and hear his voice whisper her name. And yet… he never seemed to feel the same way she did.
”He’s not my boyfriend, Jake.” She whispered to the ghost quietly. She always hated when people overheard her and gave her that ‘You’re crazy… Who are you talking to?’ look. Uh huh… But you want him to be Jake’s voice cooed, before a nasty little chuckle filled the air. He vanished quickly, his chuckle echoing behind him. Sab shook her head, hitching her bag over her shoulder before heading towards Yero. ”Hey!”

JAKE’S POINT OF VIEW
Jake looked young, though he felt older. He’d been around for nearly three hundred years after all, lonely wandering the estate he was raised in. He watched his mother age, and cry over his death. Watch his father comfort her, tell her it would be fine. All the while Jake had rotted in this form, this shackled spirit that was his soul. His father didn’t deserve to live the long life he did, not after how he had held his only child under the pond’s surface. No. He didn’t.
Lonely or not though, Jake waited. For what? He didn’t know… But in his wait found Sab. And for some reason, she could see him. The contact, the ability to speak to someone was something he had missed dearly. And though she treated him like a child, he couldn’t help but love her. Oh did he love her. The way her rust-colored locks shone in the sun, but seemed more brown in the shade. The way she laughed, the way she spoke. The smile when she teased him. He might only appear to be thirteen… But he felt so much more then a thirteen year old could. But he’d watched her outgrow him, until now. University student. But he still loved her. Oh how he wished for humanity again, so he could tell her how he felt.
But for now, he followed like a puppy. She couldn’t see him as he glided behind her, silent and invisible. He glared towards the male ahead, a loathing unexplainable by words filling his mind. How could she fall for him? She gushed about him constantly, her new best friend. Jake hated it. Hated him. Hated everything about him. From his glasses, to his voice to his smile to his aura of death. Oh yes. Of death. The boy was dying, Jake could tell… But he hadn’t the heart to tell Sab…

YERO’S POINT OF VIEW
Yero wanted to finish the section on synapse in the brain before the afternoon as up. He wanted to excel as always in his classes. Remain the perfect student he was. His teachers loved him, but he had a feeling it was more because of his problems then his marks. Why did the head office feel the need to tell them about his condition? He had sixteen more months, not six… he could finish this year without dropping dead. As if on que as a reminder of his cancer the back of his head pounded as his vision doubled for a moment. It passed as quickly as it came, but left him gasping slightly for air. He slowed his steps. In… Out… In… Out… he told his lungs, encouraging them to work properly. Maybe the surgery was a good idea. If would get rid of those moments… His pain medication… But he didn’t like the risks. What was the point of trying to remove the tumors to give him at most ten more years if he ended up in awheelchair, or as a vegetable?
His thoughts were broken as someone called, an all too familiar someone. His hazel-grey eyes moved from his book to the short, green-eyed redhead heading over. Sab. He felt his stomach drop a little as a smile made it’s way to his face. The closest thing he’d ever had to a best friend, right there in the flesh. Then again, normally he avoided making friends, he liked to keep his condition under wraps. Pity was the one thing he really hated. ”Hey Sab!” He replied, closing the book before tucking it under one arm.
He hated her. No. He didn’t. But he hated how she made him feel, her smile made his heart turn to mush, made him want to just grin and float away. She was far too pretty to pay him attention, especially when he avoided socialising. But for some reason she’d chosen him to befriend. He didn’t deserve her as a friend… Especially when he’d only just let her in, only to have to push her away in the next year… He wouldn’t let her watch him die. Wouldn’t let her deal with the grief he knew all too well… But he didn’t want to push her away.. .The last few months wouldn’t be bearable without her there. -----------------------------------
Sorry... It's really long >.>
