It's worth whatever you accept for it. Since it is a new UR, no one really knows what it's truly worth yet, as it doesn't have a spot on "The" Rares List. It will most likely be an 'OMGSR' pet, but it could just end up a very rare. Either way it will make the list so I wouldn't accept any offers that doesn't have at least one list pet in them. A good way to figure out what you can get for it is by looking at the auctions and seeing what other people are paying for it.
