I believe it is perfectly fair with the three month rule, I'm unsure about the demand of the guinea pig and tess cat though so you may wish to get a follow up opinion c:

Not fair--I believe you can't get anything less than a rare on the 18th. I'm pretty sure that's how the 18th works, because it's to put good trading pets back into circulation.
