mmm, before i filled out a form, i wanted to ask... i do know it's an offer-whatever-you-can thing, but to make sure, would you accept an offer below 100 points for an unmoving, 50x50 or 100x100 pixel icon of a semi-complicated character such as this (or any other type of drawing)?

For unmoving; yes that would be fine.
I don't raise or lower the price based on complexity; I don't mind complicated characters as I like a challenge /u/
